3 ways to book an appointment

1. By text/SMS message to 021 534 531 or to WhatsApp on the same number.

2. By email via the contact page.

3. By the Online Booking system below. Please note that this feature can be disabled at times when there is reduced availability as it will save you searching and not finding a suitably available time. In these instances, it is best to text. 

NEW CLIENTS: choose the initial consultation option to book a day/time that suits you. This can be in person or a virtual/online consultation. 

FORMER CLIENTS RETURNING: please book using the Initial Consultation option if your lifestyle or health has changed and a new program needs to be designed.

INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS: please book in using these options. Your consultation will be delivered via email and internet based calling like zoom. 


I require 18 hours of advance notice if you can not make your appointment. This will give me time to offer that spot to another client. If you cancel within 18 hours of your appointment you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $60. By making an appointment you agree to this cancelation policy. 

If you can’t find an appointment time that suits you, please email me with your preferred days/times and I’ll see what I can do. 

I don’t do evening appointments after 6pm. Nor do I work weekends. I am available for appointments before work.
