Weight Training Workout Design

  • Two different types of workouts available. 
  • There are Functional Workouts for those who want a combination of functional strength, mobility, balance, and natural body-building/body-shaping
  • Or there are Bodybuilding and Body Shaping Workouts 
  • The price varies, depending on the number of workouts needed, and the training facility/equipment you have access to. Budget for $99 per workout. 
  • These workouts should be changed every 4 weeks to keep you interested and prevent your body from adapting and hence you plateauing.
